Manchester Employment and Training Team

This team supports disabled people who live within the boundaries of the City of Manchester into employment and work-related training. We will work with disabled people and employers to gain and sustain employment, or training for work.

In 2010 – 2011 Manchester Employment Service supported 238 people. In particular, we supported:

• 26 people into paid employment
• 45 people into voluntary work
• 47 people to learn job tasks or retain their employment
• 94 people through work-related training

We are funded by Manchester City Council.
