Breakthrough UK Ltd regularly require new staff to meet our business needs and demand for our services which support and enable Disabled People to live Independently and exercise more control over their lives and support needs.

We aim to achieve a multi skilled and flexible workforce to ensure that we can offer a bespoke 'person centred' service to customers and respond to fluctuations in demand in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment. We need people with appropriate skills, attributes and experience in the provision of the following activities:-

  • Employment Support (including Employment Broker and Placement & Development Officer roles)
  • Advocacy
  • Self-directed Support Planning and Brokerage
  • Advice, Guidance and Information
