Job Club and mock interview successes

Breakthrough’s Job Clubs are going from strength to strength.

The weekly club is a chance for clients to get one to one support from Breakthrough staff with online job searching.

As part of the Job Club, clients can experience what to expect from a job interview.

Breakthrough has been fortunate enough to be supported by professionals, and this round of mock interview sessions were carried out by Ted Johnson the retired HR Director of a large corporate logistics company.

Ted held the mock interviews to support with confidence skills, communication skills, and how to present themselves.

Breakthrough Employment Engagement Officer Shirley Faulkner said: “The clients felt it was a valuable experience in showing how to present to an employer, having gained confidence and knowledge through the Job club.”
