Ticket Sales Agent – Fixed term contracts available (ending January 2020)
£16,009 pro rata per annum, plus staff benefits

We are looking for Ticket Sales Agents to join our contact centre sales team located at The Lowry situated at the heart of Media City, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations. As a Ticket Sales Agent you will be responsible for selling tickets over the phone for a range of live entertainment including, theatre, festivals and sport.  The ideal candidates will have a passion for live entertainment and will thrive in working in a busy inbound contact centre sales environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and experience of working with computerised sales systems.

The full time working pattern for these roles is 37.5 hrs per week including evening and weekend work.

Set Up and Support Assistant- 37.5 hours per week, £16,167 per annum plus staff benefits

The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

Quaytickets operates within The Lowry and provides ticket solutions for all activities that take place in the venue as well as contact centre and ticket sales services to over 50 clients across the UK.

As part of the Set Up and Support team you will be responsible for administering, checking and amending events on the Audience View and SRO ticket sales systems.  You will also deal with event promoters and client enquiries, produce and schedule financial reports, and provide 1st line support over the phone, by email and online chat to users, clients and internal staff. You will also gain experience of setting up shows and events on our computerised ticket sales platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care skills, a sharp eye for detail and will have the ability to learn to use a complex computerised booking system at an advanced level.  Experience of working with the Audience View and/or SRO ticketing system is desirable.

The successful candidates will be required to work 5 days from 7 including evenings and weekends.
